(Once per year. Price includes basic cleaning only. Deep clean maintenance will be quoted separately.)

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The homeowner, agree to the terms and conditions as per the content above or brochure given to homeowner.
- The homeowner understands that, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond Walter J. McCollum Home Services’ control, their appointment may be rescheduled at any time.
- This membership provides annual maintenance services only and does not include repairs unless otherwise stated.
- Membership expires 1 year from the date of startup. Must be used within the same calendar year.
